Find a place to make a difference

Innovation

  • Conduct another Innovation Collider flagship program, the third annual Grand Challenge
  • Produce an Innovation Showcase/Pitch event
  • Develop a curated list of Collider resources and publish it to our audiences to drive engagement

Talent

  • Deliver STEM experiences for 5,000 North Texas school students in 2022; including unique and scalable programming activities, such as job shadowing, internships, and diversity in engineering
  • Raise $50,000 in STEM Fund revenue through contributions and contractual reimbursements
  • Expand our STEM sponsorship and/or volunteer base to include at least five new Tech Titans member companies and increase our ISD and college reach

Marketing

  • Create profiles of committees where we want to drive volunteers
  • Include volunteer opportunities in weekly Monday email calendar
  • Promote the Tech Talent Hub
  • Promote donations to the Tech Titans Foundation

Programs

  • Restructure the Tech Titans forums to align with current trends in technology and the needs of the membership by April 30, 2022.
  • Attract the best subject matter experts to speak at the monthly Tech Industry Luncheon to increase attendance and networking opportunities for the members.

Legislative Advocacy

  • Develop a clear and compelling Legislative Agenda for the 88th Texas Legislative session.
  • Develop a 2022 DC Federal Policy Conference in conjunction with our Chamber partners
  • Work with the NTIA to ensure that North Texas has access to and is a beneficiary of the broadband funds included in the infrastructure act passed by Congress in 2021

Membership

  • Retain 85% of existing member dollars
  • Create a quarterly business happy hour networking event series
  • Add 6 new Champion’s Circle members
  • Produce $48,000 in new regular memberships
  • Add 3 new members whose CEO under 35 years old

Finance

  • Exceed budgeted net income
  • Develop an agreement for staff support and services with the Chamber for the TT Foundation

Awards Gala

  • Recruit more than 150 nominations, sell all gala sponsor opportunities and produce the Awards Gala on October 20, 2022.
