The Tech Titans Emerging Leaders Program is an immersive, nine-month experience anchored in John Maxwell’s renowned The 360 Degree Leader framework and tailored specifically for technologists stepping into broader leadership roles. Participants build critical capabilities such as influencing without authority, leading former peers, strengthening business acumen, and understanding how technology decisions drive organizational outcomes.
