Emerging Leaders Program
Developing DFW’s Next Generation of Technology Leaders
At Tech Titans, our core mission has always been to aggregate leaders, educate the market, and advocate for our ecosystem to drive real business outcomes. Today, we are expanding that commitment to the next generation with the relaunch of our leadership program.
The Tech Titans Emerging Leaders Program is an immersive, nine-month experience anchored in John Maxwell’s renowned The 360 Degree Leader framework. It’s specifically built for professionals ready to master the art of leading in every direction — upward with executives, laterally across cross-functional peers, and downward through teams.

Cohort Timeline
- Applications received Summer 2026
- Max 20 participants will be selected
- Tuition per participant is $2,000
- Sessions run Fall 2026 - Spring 2027

Participant Profile
- 5–10+ years of experience in technology
- Aspiring individuals with leadership potential
- Current tech leaders with fewer than 36 months in a formal leadership role
- Able to commit 6 hours per month to sessions and capstone project

- Guest speakers at every session
- Small-team capstone project with a sponsor executive
